After signing in and receiving an all important safety briefing, your experience will begin with basic training from an experienced instructor. Once you are familiar and comfortable with the training tools and key techniques needed to score a strike, you will step up your throwing game. Over the course of two hours, you'll take part in a selection of games, learn how to do cool trick shots, take part in a 'throw off' against fellow participants, and throw some unusual items (such as throwing cards and even a special forces item!)
